Amy Goscha's practice focuses on family law, unbundled services, and estate planning, where she provides rigorous and supportive counsel at the most critical moments in the life of a family.  

Education & Experience

Amy graduated magna cum laude from Creighton University in 2004 with her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. She received the honors of psychology designation for her work as a board member of the Psi Chi National Honors Society. She received her juris doctorate from the University of Denver in 2007.  Amy was also Review Editor of the Transportation Law Journal.

Amy joined the firm in September 2008. Amy is a Colorado native. Prior to joining the firm, Amy completed a prestigious clerkship with the Honorable Angela R. Arkin of the Douglas County Court.

Amy's personal background in psychology enhances her ability to relate to her clients, and this makes her uniquely qualified as a lawyer in the field of family law. She has represented clients both at the negotiating table and in court, and has rapidly developed a diverse practice that offers many options to her clients. She offers unbundled services to clients, giving them the opportunity to consult with an advisory attorney in a cost effective manner.

Amy is committed to guiding clients through disputes to enable them to move on to the next chapter of their lives.

Amy has served on the Civic and Community Affairs committee of the Elder Law section and has assisted in planning and implementing Senior Law Day. 

Amy has a firm commitment to the Colorado community and has assisted low-income individuals with the preparation of tax returns, along with handling Metro Volunteer cases.
