Darius Dugas
Attorney
|
Darius joined Willoughby & Eckelberry, LLC,
in 2010 as an associate attorney. Darius has been a
part of Willoughby & Eckelberry since his second
year in law school when he became a law clerk to the
firm. While in law school, Darius also interned for
Denver District Court Judge Michael Martinez of the
2nd Judicial District, where he was able to gain
valuable experience in motions practice and
courtroom procedure. Darius' passion for
family law grew during law school through
participation in the Children's Legal Advocacy Group
(CLAG) as well as Metro Volunteer Lawyers (MVL).
Darius' practice at Willoughby & Eckelberry focuses
on family law, as well as bankruptcy and appellate
law.
Education
After receiving his Bachelor of Science in
Business Administration from the University of
Montana, Darius worked for several years growing a
family business. Darius received his Juris
Doctor degree from the University of Denver Sturm
College of Law.
Darius is licensed to practice in the state of
Colorado, as well as the United States District
Court for the District of Colorado.

Darius is a member of the American Bar
Association, as well as the Colorado, Denver,
Douglas and Elbert County Bar Associations.
Darius is also an active participant in the
Family Law, Bankruptcy, and Litigation sections of
the Colorado Bar Association.
