Laura Koupal
Attorney

|
Laura Koupal's practice is solely dedicated to the
law of reproductive technologies and collaborative
reproduction. Her primary focus is on gestational
surrogacy agreements, egg and sperm donation,
parental rights judgments, and second- and
step-parent adoptions. She represents intended
parents, gestational carriers, sperm donors, and egg
donors. She is a Fellow of the American Academy of
Assisted Reproductive Technology Attorneys, a
Professional Member of the American Society for
Reproductive Medicine (ASRM), and a member of
RESOLVE.
Education and experience
Laura graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree
from the University of Colorado in 1999. She
received her juris doctor from the
University of Denver in 2003.
Laura joined the firm in 2006. Prior to
joining the firm, Laura completed a one-year
clerkship with the Honorable Christina M. Habas of
Denver District Court, and spent two years in
private practice representing family law clients.
