Our lawyers were pioneers of ART law in Colorado and remain on the forefront of it today. We have published articles both in Colorado and nationally; we have helped developed Colorado legislation; and have advised judges on ART matters.  We are compassionate and skilled.

ART Litigation

Colorado law does not currently address the issue of the validity of surrogacy contracts.  There is no Colorado law regarding determination of legal parentage in surrogacy situations. As a result, this process is not always smooth, and various contingencies may arise.  Our lawyers have an excellent track record in representing non-traditional families and have extensive experience in handling cases in both the trial and appellate courts.
