Kim Willoughby

Kimberly R. Willoughby has been practicing law in Colorado since 1994. She started Willoughby Law Firm, LLC in 1996, which became Willoughby & Eckelberry in 2005.

Kim was born in Vermillion, South Dakota, and has been in Colorado since 1986.

Education

Kim graduated magna cum laude from the University of Colorado at Boulder in 1992. She received her juris doctorate from the University of Virginia in 1994.

Kim was Articles Editor for the Journal of Law and Politics.
