We have moved. We are now located at 303 E. 17th Ave, Suite 910.

Kim Willoughby recently received the news that she has been named as one of the Best Lawyers in America for the fifth year in a row.

John Eckelberry and Laura Koupal were named as Rising Stars in Family Law in Colorado Superlawyers, 2010.

Kim Willoughby was published in a national magazine, The Family Advocate. The article concerns reproductive technology and the law. Kim is also writing the second edition of her book, Ordinary Issues, Extraordinary Solutions.

Kim Willoughby has been working extensively on the development of new Colorado legislation regarding assisted reproductive technology. Kim will be presenting the new laws at the annual Trusts and Estates Retreat, and the annual Family Law Institute.

John Eckelberry was re-elected for his second term on the Colorado Bar Association Family Law Section Executive Council, where he remains the co-chair of the membership and mentoring committees. John was also elected to the board of directors for Metro Volunteer Lawyers in July 2008 and the King Foundation in September 2008.

John Eckelberry has expanded his practice to include bankruptcy matters.

Don’t forget that Willoughby & Eckelberry, LLC offers unbundled services. When you hire an attorney to provide unbundled services, you are hiring a consultant, not someone who controls your case. This is a very cost effective means of getting legal advice in cases that have a minimum of conflict and complexity.
