We handle matters involving surrogacy and egg and sperm donation.

We represent intended parents, and we represent surrogates and donors.

We handle contract negotiations and pre-birth orders regarding birth certificates. We also handle day to day dealings with providers and hospitals. We provide escrow account management services. Finally, we provide litigation services when needed.

We are not an agency.
